Gateway Technical College does have an institutional subscription to The Chronicle of Higher Education. You must be ON CAMPUS to access.
MISSION: Gateway Technical College Library exists to educate, enrich, and empower our community by providing accessible, relevant resources that support the curriculum needs of the college.
VISION: We want to be the community's learning environment of choice for educational collaboration and active development of lifelong learners.
The Libraries at Gateway Technical College support the academic, career, and professional needs of the students, instructors, and staff. Each of the three campus libraries has an extensive collection of electronic, print, and multimedia resources including 40,000 titles and thousands of print and electronic periodicals. We cannot build or maintain our collection without the input of our valuable instructors who are our subject experts. Use this link "Request for Addition to Collection" or contact your library liaison with your suggestions for resources to supplement curriculum outside the classroom or assist with projects you have assigned your students.
The Gateway Library is a founding member of WISPALS, a consortium of 11 Wisconsin technical college libraries, a member of the American Library Association (ALA), the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL), the Library Orientation Exchange (LOEX), the National Network of Libraries of Medicine (NNLM) and WiLS (Wisconsin Library Services).
